A shopper-facing companion to our full Terms of Service.

Account integrity

  • One account per person. Sharing logins violates security and may trigger account suspension.
  • Use your real name. Pseudonyms are fine for display, but legal name is required for KYC if you ever sell.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and email [email protected].

Pricing, currency, and availability

  • Prices and stock are set by sellers. They can change without notice.
  • If a price is clearly an error (e.g. $1 instead of $1,000), we may cancel and refund. We???ll email you first.
  • Prices display in your local currency where supported. The actual charge is in USD unless your card issuer converts it.
  • For crypto orders, the conversion rate is locked at the moment of checkout.

Order acceptance

  • Adding to cart is not yet a contract ??? it???s your offer to buy.
  • The contract forms when the seller dispatches the item and you receive a "Shipped" email with tracking.
  • If the seller cannot fulfill (out of stock, listing pulled), the order is cancelled and you???re refunded in full.

Promotions and discounts

  • Coupon codes, flash deals, and welcome offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • One coupon per order.
  • Welcome offers (e.g. "40% off your first order") apply only to your first checkout. Account-cycling to claim it repeatedly is fraud.
  • Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the item subtotal, before tax.

Communication preferences

  • Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, password resets) are required while your account is active.
  • Marketing emails are opt-in. Unsubscribe with one click from any email.
  • SMS notifications are opt-in via your profile.

Feedback and ideas

Any feedback, suggestion, or product idea you give LeadVio (via chat, email, or social) becomes ours to use, without compensation, in any way we choose.

Other shopper rules

  • Reviews must reflect a real purchase. Paid reviews are removed.
  • Don???t list seller contact details in product Q&A ??? we strip them automatically.
  • Don???t use the marketplace messages feature to solicit off-platform transactions.
