Where we ship
LeadVio ships to 180+ countries. A small list of restricted destinations is excluded for customs reasons (sanctions, embargoes, or destinations where our couriers don???t operate). If your country shows as unavailable at checkout, please email [email protected] ??? sometimes we can offer an alternative carrier.

Same-day (select cities)4 ??? 8 hours within metro zones. Quote shown at checkout. Order before 11am local for same-day.

How total delivery time is calculated
Total delivery time = handling time + shipping time.
- Handling time is set by each seller, usually 1 ??? 3 business days. It???s the time between order placement and dispatch.
- Shipping time is set by the carrier (7-14 standard, 3-6 express, etc.).
- Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays in the origin country.
Tracking
- The moment a label is created, the tracking number lands in My orders and is emailed to you.
- Status updates: Label created ??? Picked up ??? In transit ??? Out for delivery ??? Delivered.
- You also get an email and (optional) SMS at every milestone.
Customs and import duties
- International parcels may incur import duties, taxes, or VAT in your country.
- These are paid by the recipient (you), separately from the LeadVio order total.
- We declare every parcel accurately with its full value. Under-declaring is illegal and we don???t do it on request.
- For high-value items, you can opt in to a "Delivered Duty Paid" upgrade at checkout where available ??? we pre-pay duties so you don???t get a surprise bill.
What if the parcel is lost or stuck?
- If tracking hasn???t moved for 10+ business days, open a dispute from My orders.
- We open an investigation with the courier. Most parcels are recovered within 5 business days.
- If the parcel is confirmed lost, you choose: full refund or free replacement (subject to stock).
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address. If you give us the wrong address and the parcel is delivered there, we cannot reroute it ??? return shipping is your cost.
Multiple-seller orders
If you buy from multiple sellers in one checkout, each seller ships their items separately. You may get multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers. All of them count toward the same order in My orders.
Holidays and peak seasons
Delivery windows are estimates. During major shopping events (Black Friday, Boxing Day, Lunar New Year, Diwali) couriers can be 2-4 days slower. We???ll show a banner on the homepage when known delays apply.
Restricted items by country
Some items can???t be shipped to some countries ??? alcohol, lithium batteries above a certain size, certain knives, prescription medication, agricultural products. We block these at checkout based on your destination. If you suspect a block is wrong, email support.
