Pay your way ??? cards, wallets, bank transfer, or crypto. Every method is encrypted and your funds are escrowed until delivery.
Accepted methods

Bank transferDirect deposit (ACH / SEPA / FPS / local equivalent). Order ships once funds clear (1-3 business days).
CryptocurrencyBTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20 + ERC20), USDC. Processed by BTCPay Server. Real-time conversion locked at checkout.
ExchangesPay directly from Coinbase, Crypto.com, Binance, Robinhood, MoonPay (and counting). One-tap settlement.

Security
- All payments are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
- Card details never touch LeadVio servers ??? Stripe handles them directly and we receive only a tokenized reference.
- We retain only the card brand and last four digits (for receipts and dispute lookup).
- 3-D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard SecureCode / Amex SafeKey) is enforced for high-value or high-risk transactions.
- We run continuous fraud detection on every checkout ??? unusual patterns trigger a manual review.
Currency and pricing
- Prices display in your local currency where supported, converted from a live mid-market rate.
- The amount actually charged is in USD unless your card issuer converts it on their side.
- Crypto orders lock the conversion at the moment of checkout. If you take longer than 15 minutes to send the funds, you???ll be prompted to refresh the quote.
Failed payments
- If your payment fails, your order is held for 24 hours so you can retry.
- After 24 hours the order is cancelled, any reserved stock is released, and you receive a notification email.
- Common causes: insufficient funds, expired card, bank flagged the merchant as new, 3-D Secure not completed.
Pre-authorizations
For card payments, we may briefly pre-authorize your card for the order total. This shows as a pending charge that drops off within 5 business days if the order is cancelled. We never capture more than the actual order amount.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.

- Crypto refunds use the live conversion rate at the moment we issue the refund, not the original purchase rate. If crypto has fallen, you receive more crypto; if it???s risen, you receive less. We send a transparent rate breakdown on every crypto refund.
Escrow
Funds you pay are held by LeadVio in escrow until you confirm delivery. The seller is not paid out until then. If a dispute arises, the funds stay in escrow until the dispute is resolved.
Receipts and invoices
- An itemized email receipt is sent immediately after payment.
- VAT and tax breakdowns appear automatically based on your delivery country.
- For business buyers: enter your VAT/tax ID in profile to receive a tax-invoice-format receipt.
Disputes with your bank or card issuer
If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback), your LeadVio account is automatically frozen until the chargeback resolves. We always honour the chargeback if you contact us first via a regular LeadVio dispute. Please open a LeadVio dispute before going to your bank ??? it???s faster and doesn???t freeze your account.
